Veterans Day

Every year John has been able to go to all of the kids school and visit them on Veterans Day. Unfortunately this might be his last year since not all of the kids go to the same school any more. So this was Franki's first year and maybe last year for her uncle to come to school with her. That weekend we had a breakfast campfire with our family and then soon after we hiked the San Tan Mountains. There's only so much Ridge and the younger ones can do so we walked as far as we could and stopped and played until the others came back down. Taz was not happy that he was left behind so Ridge tried to cheer him up and gave him a hug.

Kett's Birthday!

During this past holiday season we went to party after party. Ridge still thinks we need to go to a party every night. He loves to be with his cousins and play with them. When they are around I never see him because he wants to be with the big boys. He thinks he is one of them even though sometime he wishes he could do everything they can.

Halloween!

We had lots of fun with our family and friends during Halloween time. I think Ridge had to much candy. He enjoyed it every minute.

Brown Halloween Party

We had our Brown Halloween party and it was fun for all of us. Lots of good food and candy to be eaten. We had a great penyada. Ridge was the first to go. With three hits it was already down. That's a Workman boy coming out of him. He can hit hard like his uncles. So as you can see the men are trying to put it back together so the other kids can have a whack at it. Reality Ridge barely touched it on his third swing and it fell down and broke in half.

Decker's Birthday!

We had a birthday party for Decker which was also the same week as Halloween. With the Andersen, McNeils, and some of our friends we also had a pumpkin carving night.

Our first pumpkin carving with Ridge. He really liked it and liked to get his hands messy. Ridge loves to do things with his dad. With dad being on the border, he loved being with him every minute of every hour. It was nice for me.
